FLATTEN RICE AND COOKED RICE PUDDING
Poha and cooked rice kheer

Ladies,  specially working ladies always have shortage of time that’s why they generally go for simple and fast-food  and are somehow ignoring nutrition, so why don’t we share some good nutritional  recipe’s which is good to eat and fast to cook.. 

Chawal ki kheer





Ingredients:

milk………………………………..1lit
Poha(puffed pressed rice flacks)……….1/2 cup
cooked rice……………………………………….1/2 cup
sugar…………………………………………………7tbsp

Cardamom small……3 to 4
Milk-maid(condense milk)….1/2 tin
dry fruits chopped like almonds,kishmish,chironji,cashw etc
saffron……………………………6-7 strings

Method:-

Use cooked rice in this recipe
Wash poha and drain all the water through big strainer keep aside
Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan and add rice and washed poha in it add sugar and condense milk and stir well
Bring it to boil  keep flame medium and stir well , add cardamom and saffron in it
Add chopped dry fruits in it boil till kheer become thick “this will happen very soon because of poha so little careful”
Garnish with dryfruit’s and serve chilled
