INDIAN RICE CAKE

IDLI:-



very simple to cook and very light to eat


Rice-2cup
Boil rice -1cup
Dhuli urad dal /split and husk black gram -1cup

Soaked them over night separately ,drain out water and grind into  thin paste  keep this paste covered in warm place to ferment or raise double in size
Now grease idli molds and pour batter in it ,steam in idli cooker for 10 min soft idli’s are ready enjoy idlis with hot sambher and coconut chatney
