Vegetable Poha ‘flatend rice with vegetable ‘


Wonderful, tasty and healthy break-fast for all age group….
Poha ‘flatend rice’- 2cups
Cauliflower chopped -1/2 cup
Pea’s…………………1/2 cup
Onion chopped…2 big
Green chili……..2
Lemon juice…….2 tsp
Ground nut………1/4 cup
Sugar………………..1 tsp
Salt……as per taste
Red chili………1tsp
Kari patta/curry leaf………4 to 5
Mustard seeds……1 tsp
Method-
Wash poha with plenty of water in a big strainer leave it in strainer till all the water drain out and poha become soft.
Heat a vessel with 2 tbsp of oil add mustard seeds and kari patta wait for few seconds then add chopped onion in it stir till it turn light golden in color now add chopped cauliflower and pea’s in it cover with lid and cook in slow flame  till vege turn soft .
add ground nuts and mix well.
Now add salt, turmeric and red chili powder in it and mix well.
Squeeze lemon and mix sugar in it add this mix into poha
Add green coriander and mix. Serve hot
