MIRCHI VADA



 INGREDIENTS :


1 medium size potato [boiled]
1 teaspoon tamarind paste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
1 pinch of garam masala
salt to taste

METHOD:


Take 4 , 8-10 inchies long moti mirchi. slit them in centre lengthwise
you can use jalapeño or big green chilly 
fill the potato paste in mirchi properly n keep them aside


MIX THE INGRIDENTS IN HALF CUP LUKE WARM WATER
6 tablespoon besan / chickpea flour
2 tablespoon rice flour
2 tablespoon finely grind corn meal
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
2 teaspoon garam masala / Indian hot spices powder
2 teaspoon amchur powder/dry mango powder
salt to taste
addd more water if required to make a moderatly thick paste


dip the stuffed mirchi into besan paste and fry in hot oil at medium setting without turning much for 10-15 mins.


TIPS:

Take oil in good quantity so that mirchi can be fully submerged in big pan
serve with imli chutney
