1 cup bee troot juice
Juice of one pomegranate
1 tsp lemon juice
4-5 crushed mint leaves
Rock salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
5-6 crushed mint leaves
Cut watermelon into small pieces. Remove seeds. Put the pieces in a blender and blend for a few seconds. Strain the juice.
Cut beetroot into pieces boil it in 1 cup of water for 4-5 min. Blend in a blender to make juice.
Take out the juice of one pomegranate in a juicer .
Blend all of them in a blender with crushed ice and mint leaves add salt and pepper as per taste and serve this health punch in a tall glass. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon wedge.
