Makka ki kachori’ || stuffed maize flour fried bread || Bharwa Makki ki kachori’

Makai ki stuffed kachori is a delicacy of Utter Pradesh. It has a very amazing combination of crispness and taste. However, Variation of stuffing will give exiting twist to this delightful dish. This kachori can be accomplished with green coriander chutney and aloo tamater ki sabji.

What Is Maze Flour ?

Maze flour is derived from the ground and desiccated seeds of the maze plant. It has amazing helth benefits as the flour is naturally rich in dietary fibber, antioxidants, vit,B , and omega-6, unsaturated fat and vegetable proteins.

In fact, making makai ki kachori is little tricky as it is difficult to handle makai ka atta since it has no gluten and elasticity in it. Traditionally, makai ki kachori is made with hand as it is difficult to roll with a rolling pin. However, I add some wheat flour in it to make it more manageable.
