As the Matter of fact, Nothing beats a fresh-out-of-the-oven pizza, and once you see how easy it is to make for yourself, you’ll never order delivery again. In fact, Switch up the toppings and sauce and add your favourites to make them your own. How To Make Sure Your Yeast Is Active

Pizza dough is a yeasted dough that requires active dry yeast. Make sure the check the expiration date on the yeast package! Yeast that is too old may be dead and won’t work.

Also, if the yeast does not begin to foam or bloom within 10 minutes of being added to the water in Step 1 of Making the Pizza Dough, it is probably dead. You’ll need to start over with new, active yeast.

Best Way to Measure Flour for This Pizza Dough Recipe

Cup measurements can vary depending on how you are scooping the flour (we fluff the flour, lightly scoop it, and level with a knife). So I recommend using a kitchen scale to measure out the flour amounts by weight. In fact, This is the only way you’ll get a consistently accurate measurement.

Pizza Sauce Suggestion-

Start with the right sauce

When you’re perusing the aisle for sauce, we say skip anything labelled “pizza sauce.” Usually, that stuff ends up being too thick or cloyingly sweet (or both). Stick to marinara here, either homemade or store-bought.

For sauce :

1. Spinach sauce

Spinach ………..2 cups ‘ chopped’
Onion ……………1/2 cup
Green chilli chopped……1tsp
Mushroom chopped …..1/2 cup
Britannia cheeza grated ……1 1/2 cup
Milk ………as required
Olive oil……2tbsp
Salt …..as per taste
Black pepper…..1/4 tsp
Pizza seasoning …1/4 tsp

Method:

Heat oil in a pan, add onion green chilli and crushed garlic in it stir and cook till colour change slightly, add mushroom in it and stir for 1/2 a min. Add spinach and cook till become soft and watery. Now Add cheese to it and mix well add milk just to give a saucy structure. Add salt, pepper and seasoning sauce is ready for pizza…

2. Tomato sauce

1 clove of garlic, mashed and crushed
1 teaspoon salt
4 tbsp Fresh tomato paste
2. Tbsp. tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
dash red pepper, optional

For topping
2 cup pizza cheese – grated
Chilli flakes …..2 tsp

Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic to it and stir. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce mix well, and add sugar, pepper, oregano and salt. Mix well add red pepper to it cook for some time your sauce is ready to use.
How to proceed

Divide dough into 4 parts and roll out to get a 1/4 ” thick pizza base, spoon the prepared sauce of your choice over each pizza base, leaving 1/2 ” all around the edges.
Brush the edges with olive oil.
Sprinkle with cheese on top of the pizza.
Drizzle with half of the olive oil and bake in a pre-heated oven on the wire rack at 180 C for 15 min or until the base is evenly browned and the cheese gets melted.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make another pizza.
Serve hot
