About Recipe:
This fried rice recipe can be prepared in 20 minutes and is vegan and gluten-free. You can use jasmine rice, basmati rice or leftover rice for this recipe which is also one of the best lunch box recipes. I often use jasmine rice especially when I prepare rice recipes as my family loves the aroma and the taste. In this recipe adding vegetables is totally optional. You can add vegetables in fried rice recipes to add little nutrition to them.
Moreover, this recipe is a very handy and a perfect one-pot meal too. They are best for office going bachelors and working women too as the preparation is too simple. Finally, I would like to suggest you few more recipes from my blog
