Orange blossom mocktail recipe– It is a concoction of orange squash, lemon juice and limca or lemonade. Topped with ice cream the flavour of this mocktail is dominated by orange, while lemon juice adds a nice complimenting citrus flavour. It can be served in two ways, straight up in martini glass or in goblets.

This Orange Blossom Mocktail is a wonderful drink for kids or just when you don’t want anything alcoholic. You can make a big batch of this non-alcoholic orange blossom drink in a pitcher for parties. or you can serve it in a punch bowl for the kids and teetotalers.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream…….2 scoops

  • Orange squash………..1/2 cup

  • Lemon juice……………..2 tsp

  • Limca/lemonade……….1 bottle

Directions

  • Blend the Limca/lemonade, vanilla ice cream, lemon juice and orange squash in a liquidizer.
  • Serve with crushed ice topped with some fresh fruit. Serve chilled.
