I feel a healthy body is more important than having a lean and slim body with lots of medical issues.

To get a fit body we have to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Physical fitness is not the sole basis of being healthy; being healthy means being mentally and emotionally fit. Being healthy should be part of your overall lifestyle. Moreover, Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent chronic diseases and long-term illnesses.

Improve Your Mental Health:

Feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health is important for your self-esteem and self-image. In fact, Maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing what is right for your body.
Good nutrition is often the first line of defense to avoid many diseases.
To maintain a good health, you need to keep eating healthy. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet and eat fewer carbohydrates, high sodium, and unhealthy fat. Avoid eating junk food and sweets.

But only avoid do not omit things from your life remember to burn more calories than you eat.
