VEGETABLE GRILL SANDWICH 
 
 


FOR THIS WE NEED.

4 slices of bread, 1 capsicum – cut into 8 long pieces
1 cucumber – cut into thin long slices
4- big mushroom ‘ cut into slices’
4-5 tbsp grated cheese
Marinade
1/2 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp sugar

HOW TO GO ABOUT IT.

Mix all the marinade ingredients till the sugar get dissolved. Add all vegetables to it and keep aside for 1 hour.
Grill all the vegetables in a pan layer by layer till they turn light brown in colour
‘Take two bread slices spread a layer of a burger mayonnaise inside the bread. Arrange 1 cucumber slice, little grated cheese, 4 mushroom slices, and 1 capsicum slice on each piece. Sprinkle salt and pepper. And cover with another bread slice.
Repeat on other bread pieces with the remaining vegetables.
Place on the wire rack of the oven and bake at 180 C for 15 min until golden and crisp. Serve hot.
