Shahi Tukri is a popular Hyderabadi special sweet. This Shahi Tukri is a royal treat to the taste buds at any time.
To make this sweet, bread pieces are deep-fried in ghee until crispy and then topped with creamy rabri.
However, for the low-calorie option for Shahi Tukri, bread pieces can be shallowly fried (Toasted) to reduce the calories and condensed milk and paneer can be added to make low-calorie to make the rich and creamy rabri.
The flavour of saffron and cardamom makes the dish super delicious.
