These super moist chocolate cupcakes pack TONS of chocolate flavour in each cupcake wrapper! Made from simple everyday ingredients, this easy recipe will be your new favourite. For best results, use natural cocoa powder and fresh cream.

HOW TO MAKE MOIST CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

To start, the cupcake itself is maybe the moistest cupcake you’ll ever have. It’s ridiculously good. I never knew homemade chocolate cupcakes could be so good until I had these. Part of their secret is that they are baked at a lower temperature.

You’ll notice when you make the cakes that the batter is very thin. It’s supposed to be that way. Baking at a lower temperature allows the cakes to bake more evenly and end up super fluffy and so moist. Unlike some cupcakes that end up dry on the outside and crack, these don’t do that and are moist throughout for DAYS. They might even be moister on days 2 and 3.

Mixing Bowl: Two mixing bowls are required to make cupcakes one for dry ingredients and one for wet.

Hand Mixer: A hand mixer is an essential tool for baking

Muffin Tray: Muffin or cupcake tray again very very essential

Cupcake liners: These liners are best and very useful to prevent sticking

Oven: A good otg oven will improve your baking experience.
