paneer sandwich recipe | how to make grilled paneer sandwich recipe with a detailed recipe. popular and a filling Indian style sandwich recipe prepared with grated paneer and veggies stuffing. This sandwich is a perfect recipe for a lazy day dinner just sandwiches and a cup of soup and all set.

Another sandwich in the series, Can’t imagine my Sunday breakfast without paneer grilled sandwich. This sandwich is so popular among kids that they want it regularly in their tiffin. Sufficiently sustaining for a light meal. A few ready-made potato chips can be served along with these sandwiches to make the meal wholesome.

I used the homemade paneer but, you can use grated paneer and mixed with finely chopped veggies and spices like cumin powder and red chilli powder. the other way of preparing the sandwich is to marinate and grill the paneer slab and stuff in between the sandwich.

Few tips:

firstly, I heavily recommend using white normal sandwich bread for this recipe as compared to wheat bread or multigrain bread. In addition, larger bread size is more preferred rather than small size bread.

Secondly, if you are planning this recipe for kids than ensure to make it less spicy or perhaps ignore the red chilli powder completely. lastly, the same recipe can be sandwich toasted to as compared to grill. I personally like the grilled version but it is completely open-ended and as per individual preference.
