How to Make Matar Ki Chaat  –Matar chaat is one of the famous street food of India. Chaats are super delicious street food and one of my favourite and matar chaat is one of them. This is one of the most famous street food you will find in the U.P. A very quick and Tasty Chaat recipe. Serve with Kulcha bread.

I am giving this tasty chaat a beautiful twist I made this with fresh green peas instead of dry peas which is usually used by vendors on street.

This Matar Ki Chaat

✔is an easy recipes which hardly involves any cooking except pressure cooking peas.

✔can be eaten as such as a chaat or snack.

✔pairs well with the classic combination of kulcha (of course)!

✔is vegan and also gluten-free.

This Matar Ki Chaat is commonly made with white peas, also known as safed matar in Hindi. But I made this chaat with fresh green peas and make it very spicy you can easily have it as chaat or with kulcha.

I am sure you would like to try a few more chaats and other dishes from my blog.

Indian chaat’s are really mouth-watering believe me you are going to enjoy this. If you are not very comfortable with spices adjust it according to your taste.
