Shehan Shahi Aloo or Stuffed Potatoes In Creamy Gravy -Stuffed potatoes recipe with step by step description. Baby potatoes stuffed with paneer, seasoned with spices are dum cooked in rich and creamy gravy. Undeniably tasty and delicious dish! Now that’s what I call a D-Licious dinner. 🙂

Often, we run out of vegetables especially in summers when no vegetable is considered kid-friendly haha…I am sure you must be experiencing the same problems. My daughters are totally against summer vegetables. However, being a mom I always have an option for them. Potatoes are big lifesavers at this time. I often make potatoes in the summers. However, In my previous, posts I had shared recipes that include potatoes in my blog like Dum aloo ( stuffed potatoes in rich gravy), Simple roasted potatoes, ALOO BHURJI – Simple Day To Day Recipe & Banarasi Dum Aloo | Stuffed Aloo in Gravy. I am sure you will visit, try and enjoy all of them. Potatoes are Generally considered sadabahar because available in all seasons but are mostly used in summers.

Finally, I would like to suggest few more recipes from my blog :
