Sunshine Cooler- A Refreshing Mocktail

Spread the love

Sunshine cooler is a very refreshing drink with a tasty blend of pineapple, mango and orange juice with creamy ice cream.

What Is Tisane-

However, you can make this mocktail with fresh juices too. For that, I usually make fruit tisane beforehand Fruit tisanes: Fruit tisanes are naturally sweetened, caffeine-free blends of fruit, spices, and herbs.

This recipe for the sunshine cooler is really easy to make. Since our fridge is rather tiny, we prefer making a concentrated fruit tisane first, freeze it and then diluting it with cold water. I would also recommend making larger quantities of the concentrate as that’s what takes the longest to prepare.

Health Benefits

The great thing about fruit tisanes is that they’re completely caffeine free. Therefore fruit tisanes are absolutely safe to consume by pregnant and breastfeeding women as well as small children.

Best Summer Drink-

The summer season is almost synonymous with refreshing fruit beverages and sugar-loaded desserts. With respect to beverages, we either end up getting up in a cafe or go for carbonated sugar-rich beverages. However, mocktails can also be made at home with little effort and that too sugarless or with very less sugar.

Finally, I would like to suggest a few more recipes from my blog:
