These days my garden is full of walnuts, walnuts are very healthy they are not only delicious to eat but also good for your heart and your skin and often referred to as ‘ brain food’ . In Kashmir they make this special chutney but the method is a little different as they add radishes also in it but my husband is not very fond of radishes so i gave a little twist to the chutney by adding mint to it . 
Raw Walnut and mint chutney


What all we need :


Raw walnuts ………..1/4 cup
Green chilies …………4-5
Mint leaves…………… 10-15
Lemon juice …………..1 tbsp
Salt ………as per taste
Sugar ……a little

For raw walnuts

peel walnuts properly , takeout light brown peel also out of it Put all the ingredients together in a mixer and make a chutney out of it. Serve with any parantha ( Indian stuff flatbread )

Note..
Some verity of walnuts are very acidic when they are raw if you feel your walnuts are acidic type then steam them properly and than use them .
