Today i am sharing a very simple but very nutritive milk shake, a Papaya Shake.
If you’ve ever thought of blending papaya into a shakes, you’re in for a treat. My elder daughter is very fond of papaya and she can have it in any form now but when she was a toddler, she was a very fussy eater and I had to struggle a lot to make her eat, that time shakes and smoothies where great time savers for me as I just had to make her drink a glass full of nutrition and she was done for the morning breakfast. Now she is grown up but shakes and smoothie love is still on. I have lots of interesting and well tried & tested recipes with me for all those moms whose toddlers are fussy eaters like my daughter:)
First in series is Papaya Shake, healthy, tasty and creamy. Papaya is a rich source of antioxidant nutrients such as carotenes, vitamin C and flavonoids;the B vitamins, folate and pantothenic acid; and the minerals, potassium and magnesium; and fiber. I have learnt a lot about the health benefits of papaya. I am sure you would like to include this nutritional drink in your diet menu.
