Spread the love

Vegetable lollipops- vegetable lollipops are crunchy, crispy fritters. some people called it vegetable stick kebabs. However, I like to call it vegetable lollipops as my daughters love it and call it lollipops.

This fitter recipe is very easy to make recipe with very few ingredients. This recipe is so simple to make that even kids can make this. However, little assistance will be required while frying. you can bake it also in the oven.

You can serve these lollipops at any kid’s party, cocktail party or even at kitty parties too. serve these lollipops with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

What are the main ingredients:

Potato– Potatoes are the base ingredients for the fritters.

Nutri Nuggets (Soya Nuggets)– soya nuggets add taste and nutrition to it.

Breadcrumbs and cornflakes- Breadcrumbs are used for binding and cornflakes are used to give a crunchy texture to the lollipops.

Other Herbs and Masalas use herbs like ginger and coriander to add some extra taste to the fritters. Masalas increase the taste to another level.

Finally, I would like to suggest a few more recipes from my blog
