Baby corn cigar recipe– This cigar recipe is a delicious deep-fried starter recipe that is made by coating blanched baby corn with spiced paneer.
Vegan Recipe:
You can easily turn this recipe into vegan recipe by replacing paneer with potatoes. For this
Boil baby corns a little with salt (just to add salty taste ) for 3-4 min do not overcook.
Mash potatoes with hands and add chopped chillis and coriander, bread crumbs, dry methi, garam masala, chat masala and salt and chilli powder mixes well to form a dough keep aside for a few min. Now take maida batter and crushed corn flakes. Now take maida batter and crushed corn flakes.

maida 2tbsp dissolve in water to get thin maida batter
corn flakes crushed for coating
oil for frying
Directions

- Dip these cigars into the maida batter and roll in cornflakes crumbs
- Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry 1-2 pieces at a time.
- Garnish these cigars with rings of onions and long green chillis and enjoy with mocktails and cocktails
