You can also pack sandwiches for the tiffin box. They are perfect for a short picnic too.  In fact, the cabbage and paneer sandwich is one of the tastiest and healthiest sandwiches.

Generally, I make sandwiches for morning breakfast. Sandwiches are perfect for tiffins too as it is easy to hold and less messy, I often make them for my daughter’s tiffin box. My daughters love all types of sandwiches whether it is cheese, vegetable, paneer or simple aloo sandwiches, they just love it.

I always prefer to use whole wheat bread or brown bread or multi-grain bread for making toast & sandwiches. However, the best taste comes with white bread. So there is always a temptation to use white bread knowing well that it is not healthy and made with all-purpose flour/maida. But I choose health over taste, and so this Cabbage And Paneer Sandwich is also made with whole wheat bread.

Lastly, Sandwiches are boon for those who have just started cooking, so if you are a beginner or an amateur chef then my blog category Beginners cookbook is waiting for you.
